This week Dina continued her partnership with GEMS National Al Barsha School in Dubai focused on supporting students’ bilingual development. She engaged in rich discussions with students, parents and staff exploring complexities of education in this international school based on the UK curriculum with a strong national focus on UAE values and competence in Arabic with the aim to further develop current practice.
Dina’s visit was hosted by Ms Michelle Thomas, CEO and Ms Eleanor Thomas, Foundations Stage teacher, who has also started her PhD at UCL with Dina as her principle supervisor.
